APPLICATION FIELD

Used for external thermal insulation of building walls, thermal insulation applications on terraces and pitched roofs, and thermal insulation applications in cold storage facilities, particularly in Passive House applications. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Provides better thermal insulation performance compared to white thermal insulation boards.
  • No gases harmful to human health or the environment are used during production.
  • Due to its high flexibility, it does not break or crumble during cutting and can be easily applied to the wall.
  • It does not undergo dimensional changes over time on the applied surface.

APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION  

  • The surface to be applied must be thoroughly cleaned of formwork oil, dust, paint, and any substances that may reduce adhesion. Before application, cracks and holes must be repaired using the same material or suitable Entegre Repair Mortars. 
  • Uygulama öncesi çatlak ve deliklerin tamiri, aynı malzeme veya uygun Entegre Tamir Harçları ile yapılmalıdır.

APPLICATION  

  • The thermal insulation boards are placed into the starter profile to ensure a straight line.
  • Adhesive mortar is applied in strips to the surface of the board that will face the wall, and the board is pressed against the wall and fixed An place, ensuring proper alignment.
  • The Turuncu Paket thermal insulation board bonded to the wall is mechanically fixed to the exterior façade with dowels at the joints between the boards.
  • Corner profiles are installed before plastering. 
  • Two coats of than plaster with reinforcement mesh are applied to provide a solid substrate for the exterior façade coating of the insulation system and to protect the Turuncu Paket Thermal Insulation Board against external effects.
  • After application of the mesh-reinforced plaster, wait for 1 day. Once the surface has dried, exterior paint, ready-to-use coloured decorative plaster based on acrylic or silicone, or cement-based decorative plaster may be applied.

STORING

  • Store in a cool, well-ventilated and dry environment.
