It is applied on the interior surfaces, exterior parts of water depots, retaining walls, under basements’ exterior surfaces. It is also suggested as water resistant layer under plaster and screed.

25 kg polyethylene reinforced kraft bags, in the sling or shrink covered pallets upon request.

1 year from the date of manufacture if stored in unopened original package; under dry, frost free conditions and arranged maximum 8 bags one above the other. Suggested to be consumed in 1 week after the package is opened.

The surface must be cleaned from dust, oil and paint.

All the holes must be filled and repairs must be made with appropriate Entegre product before plastering.

Application surface must be dampened with water.

For the final coat application on SUTOP TEK (One Component), according to the weather conditions, it must be waited for at least 3 days.

The thickness must not be more than 2 mm with a brush.

Before the application, fibber mesh reinforced chamfer must be done to the perpendicular surfaces’ junctions.

After the application, in the first 24 hours, the surface must be protected against sun, wind, rain and frost.

No other materials (lime, cement, gypsum etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.

Suggested that the application is done between +5°C, +35°C.

SUTOP TEK (One Component) should be protected against quick drying in windy weather conditions.

Don’t go beyond the application field and rules.

As it is cement based product, do not smell it directly. Wash your eyes in case of contact. Call your doctor if it is necessary.

1.SUTOP TEK (One Component), is mixed with an electrical drill (6.5 lt. water/ 25 kg bag). There must not be any round mass. When the plaster becomes fluid, should be waited for 5 minutes and mixed again to obtain a fully homogeneous product.

2. SUTOP TEK (One Component) is spread as two coat by a brush. When the first coat gets dry, second coat is applied to the first coat as perpendicular.

Between the two surfaces, it should be waited at least 5 hours. Application thickness must not be more than 3 mm.

For 1 cm thickness, the consumption is approximately 2 kg/m2.
